Trip Planning
Pray as we plan with Missionaries for other projects. Here are some of the many we have some requests from:
The Harvest is Plentiful
Much has changed in the past few years. Where once there was little work being asked for or volunteers to help, now we have many projects in the hopper, and the need for workers is great. We are looking forward to what a great God can do in all our lives. Below is a list of projects of which we are aware. Perhaps you would consider what your part might be in the work the Lord is doing. You will need to express any level of interest you have so we can work out the details.
Israel
Assuming the war is quieting down some by April, we need a team of 6 – 7 to help with putting up metal stud walls, drywall, plumbing, painting, and tile. A cook needs to be included in the team.
Mexico
An assembly in Guanajuato would like to add a second story to their building for more classrooms and complete the exterior wall. This will work best in April or early May.
Uganda/South Sudan
RMC Ministries would like some help moving a radio station and school buildings from Uganda to a new location in South Sudan. We have not heard the status of the situation, but they would like help soon.
Senegal
A team of ten returned March 1st from spending two weeks helping the assembly in Dakar prepare for the coming celebrations of the translation of the Bible into Wolof by adding bathrooms and remodeling the kitchen. Now the national celebration is scheduled for June 17 with a team scheduled for set up and tear down a week on each side of that. This will involve erecting a stage, setting up a sound system, and arranging chairs.
Mid Asia
In May-June the people living in the country would like to have a team of about three to teach the locals about putting up walls and applying drywall inside a warehouse structure. The skills needed would be to both do the work and be able to teach others. It is possible, depending on the results, that a full team will be needed in August.
Mexico
In southern Mexico the lease is expiring on their school location, so they are currently building anew and desire to be up and running in July before the start of the school year. Workers could be used at any time.
Granada
Hurricane Beryl wiped out most of Caille Island, including the chapel building. They are still working on architectural drawings, but hope to be able to start construction in September.
Moldova
In September CMIAID would like to do apartment renovation in the fourth floor of the Bethesda Center. It will involve drywall, tiling, painting, ceilings, plumbing and electrical work.
Chile
We helped the assembly start a new building a few years ago in a new location, and now they want to secure the perimeter fencing and complete an apartment on the second floor for missionaries or security. The best time of the year is in their spring, which is September to November.
Mexico
A multipurpose building is being proposed. The architect is working on the plans for the second floor, then permits will need to be issued, which will last for two years. The project timing is dependent on the completion of the permits.
Kenya
A large discipleship complex is being planned. The first project will be to build a chapel building for the few believers that already meet on the compound. The contact person will be returning to Kenya in September to finalize plans, check on building material and will be looking for help in the January-February 2027 time period.
Peru
Land has been purchased for a small retreat center. Communication has not been completed yet, so there is no project time listed.
Cuba
Containers are being filled with supplies and being shipped. Three have arrived and a fourth is being filled. The dates for the work is unknown.
Let us know if you want to help with any project.
